SUSTAINABLE WATER CAMPAIGN

Many volunteers who give their time and energy to the school believe that CESHEO Chansor School is in need of a sustainable water system.
Sustainable water system will provide fresh drinking water to the all children, volunteers and also surrounding community members.
There is big usage and wastage of plastic in the area and unfortunately this is a common issue in South East Asia.
There is no garbage system available at the school, so much of the plastic is burnt to reduce waste, this is toxic and harmful.
The building of a new well will help to reduce usage and wastage of plastic and provide on-going clean drinking water to all.
This is what we need:
Pipes in the well - $200
Water Tanks - $300
Poles to store water - $160
Motor pumb - $80
String pipes - $150
Drinking room - $300
Worker - $240
Total - $1430
Hopefully if the target is met and we raise the funds for a new water system. Volunteers heading towards CESHEO Chansor School in the future can have the opportunity to get involved in the contruction process if they wish.
CESHEO solely relies on crowd funding to develop and with your support it can continue to grow.

WE ARE BUILDING A LIBRARY
​​CESHEO Chansor School is now being sponsered by a host of volunteers building a library. Any books that can be donated to the school would be super! A libary is an amazing feature to the school helping to provide more on-going education to the children who attend.

CESHEO Chansor
This school is the latest school to open and currently the main focus of volunteering. The school itself is located 35km away from Siem Reap, about one and a half hours drive away from the airport. ALL volunteers are being sent to this school as the children are in great need of support and education. The children that attend all come from very disadvantaged families and the school itself is located in a rural village. Be prepared for the simple life away from the comforts of home.
CESHEO solely relies on crowd funding to run. Currently volunteers are encouraged to raise funding for a new sustainable water system (a well) which would not only help to save plastic but would also provide fresh drinking water to children, volunteers and neighboring villagers.

Currently all volunteers are being sent to CESHEO No.3 Chansor school. This school is the latest school to open and currently the main focus of volunteering. All volunteers are encouraged to campaign or fundraise for a new sustainable water system which would not only help to save plastic but would also provide fresh drinking water to children, volunteers and neighboring villagers.
Volunteers and sponsors are also currently helping to build a library. We hope to get in as many books as possible for the future so we could use all the help we can get in keeping these projects on the move.
CESHEO has developed in the past with the help of some motivated people willing to step out of there comfort zone and make a difference. As well as teaching the children, we hope volunteers can come with an eye for change, positive change.
We currently cannot offer you wifi at the school. Although this is something we are working on for the future, although now you can purchase 3G Cambodian Sim cards that will serve you well, they do pick up a connection but at times can be slow.
Weekends in Siem Reap allow volunteers to explore an socialize.
